LowLight Bazaar

On 5th of May 2013 LowLight Bazaar held for the 4th times and currently took place at Tryst's Resto & Gallery, Jl.Kemang Utara 17A, which is my own restaurant, there were so many analog camera's enthusiast came to enjoy hundreds of cameras and equipments.

I met mostly the camera seller is all my friends which I bought several camera for the past 2 years, it was fun to see all this vintage cameras right into your hand and with a decent bargain-able price.

Fake Watches are for Fake People

The Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie engages the arts, to raise awareness of the social impacts of the counterfeit timepiece trade

Part of the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie’s (FHH) raison d’être is a commitment to fighting counterfeiting and raising public awareness of its knock on effects. Counterfeit watch revenue is now estimated at over $400 billion, where counterfeiting siphons off 7% of world trade. The FHH believes that over 40 million fake watches are sold per year, when there were only 26 million genuine Swiss timepieces made in 2010 – a difference they believe raises over $1 billion for counterfeiters.
In January 2009, the Foundation joined forces with the Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry to launch an international awareness campaign with visuals and a slogan declaring “Fake Watches are for Fake People.“ The FHH also has partnerships with international anti-counterfeiting organisations StopPiracy, Unifab and Indicam.

To reignite the counterfeiting discussion and educate consumers, the FHH launched a short-film competition for the general public and visual communication students at Lausanne University of Art and Design (ECAL), on the theme, Take a true look at fakes. Thirty “infomercials” and short films – cartoons, fictions and montages – were selected to be shown in Switzerland and internationally.
The latest campaign aims to inform the public about the peripheral effects of purchasing counterfeit goods. Highlighting the obvious impacts of lost revenue and intellectual property theft, but also exploring ethical and social issues such as child labour, money laundering, job losses and the link between counterfeiting revenues and organised crime.

Jam dan kamera

Dunia vintage tidak terlepas dari waktu dan kenangan, kedua hal tersebut terekam dalam sebuah sosok artefak yang ditinggalkan pendahulu kita, yaitu berupa jam dan kamera vintage, bagi saya "vintage" adalah bagian dari masa lalu yang mesti kita hargai, meskipun kita pun belum tentu ada di jaman tersebut namun sosok keberadaannya di dunia ini telah banyak merubah hidup kita di masa kini dan masa mendatang.

Di dalam blog ini akan menampilkan beberapa koleksi saya baik jam maupun kamera (analog) dan tidak tertutup kemungkinan beberapa yang akan saya tawarkan untuk di maharkan kepada anda. selain itu saya juga akan memberikan beberapa artikel tentang jam dan kamera analog yang saya sadur dari teman - teman blog lainnya maupun dari media dan pustaka.

We would never leave vintage world from time and memory, both of them are capture in artifact lefted by our heritage, and this what we called vintage watch and camera, for me "vintage" is part our past time which have to be honoured, even though we might not even born during that time but the existence in this world has change many things in our life, present time and in the future time.

In this blog I would like to post some of my cameras (analog) and watches collection, and I might also propose to trade some of the item for you sometime. Beside that I would like also to post some article about watch and analog camera from other blog, media and library.
